Step 1: Let’s Talk.
Our process begins with a good conversation to find out what’s going on. We listen, ask questions, and offer advice. We want to make sure that we are the ones who can help your child before taking the next steps. If we think your child could benefit from different services, we tell you.
Step 2: Schedule a Diagnostic Assessment.
Our job is to provide a solution. We need a good understanding of the problem in order to build the proper solution. Before providing instruction to a child, we recommend a diagnostic assessment to identify the areas that need work. We often find that the root of the problem extends beyond what the child or even parent identifies. In some cases, an assessment is not needed, and we move directly to the approach that is best for your child.
Step 3: Meet to Discuss our Recommended Approach.
Based on parent input, child input, and our assessment findings, we review our recommended approach for success. For each child, we create a customized plan of action based on their specific needs. No two children are the same, and they certainly don’t learn the same. We recognize that a standard approach is not in the best interest of every child.
Step 4: Start Learning!
Once we have committed to a strategy that works for you and your child, let the learning begin. We offer flexible schedules and there are NO contracts. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to get the help and support your family needs.
